The Humans Rights Watch had reported on some of these issues ,:
“Eritrea continues to suppress basic rights, including to freedom of opinion, religion, and expression, with heightened restrictions in the context of forced mass conscription. Eritrean security forces continued to commit serious rights violations in Ethiopia’s Tigray region.”
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees also reported on the recent war that engulfed in the Afar region from Eritrea to Ethiopia, the UNHCR said “The UNHCR is working with the Ethiopian authorities and partners to provide emergency aid to thousands of Eritrean refugees who fled Barahle refugee camp and its environs in the Afar region after fighting engulfed the area.” Source the UNHCR https://www.unhcr.org/news/briefing-notes/thousands-eritrean-refugees-displaced-clashes-ethiopias-afar-region
